Sage Health Centre Progarm Referrals: 

Sage Health Centre is dedicated in supporting employers, EFPA referral agents, family members and potential clients in: 

• Addressing general inquiries regarding our program. 
• An initial referral screening which determines if Sage Health Centre is an appropriate program for a potential client. 
• Scheduling an in-person or telephone confidential screening interview with the potential client to gather pertinent referral information and assess the client’s readiness for change. 
• Scheduling an intake date.  Clients are required to abstain from substance use for five days prior to admission to our program; detoxification prior to treatment can be arranged at no additional charge.

Fee Structure:

As Sage Health Centre is a not-for- profit, private agency, it offers self-referred clients and EFAP referral agencies an affordable alternative to other comparable private residential alcohol and drug treatment programs.

Phase One - 28 days: 

• Semi-private room, with shared bathroom = $5600.00
• Private room, with shared bathroom = $6600.00 
• Private room, with private ensuite bathroom = $7600.00

Phase One and Two - 56 days: 

• Semi-private = $10,200.00
• Private room, with shared bathroom = $12,200.00
• Private room, with private bathroom = $14,200.00

Phases One to Three: 84 days: 

• Semi-private = $14,800.00 
• Private room, with shared bathroom = $17,800.00 
• Private room, with private bathroom = $20,800.00
