Sage Health Centre Aftercare Program

Sage Health Centre offers a comprehensive outpatient aftercare program that supports clients in developing and maintaining self-efficacy in their recoveries.  Clients can access on ongoing professional support that enhances her/his addictions recovery through group and/or individual counselling,   

Aftercare Group Program:  The Aftercare therapy group, which is facilitated by senior clinicians focusing on advanced recovery issues, meets Wednesday evenings from 5:30 – 7:00 PM.

Aftercare Fees: 

• A complementary one month trail is availalbe to Sage alumni.
• $120 for a 1 month trial attendance for clients who have completed treatment at other facilities.
• $325 for 3 months of weekly group attendance 
• $600 for 6 months of weekly group attendance 
• $1100 for one year of group attendance
• $2500 for life-time attendance opportunity. 

Aftercare Individual Counselling:  Individual outpatient counselling with the senior clinicians of Sage Health Centre is available in person or via internet at a cost of $75 per hour sessions.
