As Sage Health Centre is a not-for-profit Society, our abstinence based residential treatment program offers individuals,  Empolyee and Family Assistance Programs and agency referrals an affordable alternative to other comparable private residential treatment programs.

Admission process:

Sage Health Center is dedicated in supporting clients, employers, EFAP referral agents, family remembers and potential clients in:

• Addressing general inquiries regarding our program
• An initial screening assessment which determines if Sage Health Centre is an appropriate program for the potential client.
• Clients are required to abstain from mood altering substances for a minimum of five days prior to admission.  Detoxification services prior to treatment can be arranged at no additional charge.

Treatment Programs:

Sage Health Centre offers three 28-day phases of treatment that are presented from a strengths based perspective that motivates clients to define and utilize their existing skills and assets to promote self-efficacy in their recovery process.

Supportive Recovery:

Sage Health Centre’s Phase IV support- recovery program offers a safe environment as clients reintegrate into the community and continue to develop a foundation in recovery.    Clients who have completed Phase III of treatment are eligible to apply for Phase IV- support-recovery.

Aftercare:

Sage Health Centre offers a comprehensive outpatient aftercare program that supports clients in developing and maintaining self-efficacy in their recovery.  Clients access ongoing professional support that enhances her/his addictions recovery through group and/or individual counselling.
